Libya conflict UK costs recuperation

Additional Information

The UK government has spent millions of pounds along with its allies to help liberate Libya. Now that the country is free it has been revealed that the country has billions of pounds in over seas accounts. Should we at least be able to reclaim from these accounts the money spent on the mission to liberate Libya?
