Remove Roy Hodgson as England manager
Roy has not won a trophy for 15 years (The Danish league title) and has a terrible win rate of 43%, he has also had 21 jobs as a manager and is as inspiring as a piece of toast. The full nations footballing hopes rest with a man who is still shocked that he actually got the job.
