Petition Details

The leave campaigners stated UK gives £350m a week to the EU and this money can be spent on NHS. Nigel Farage now saying it was a mistake and not going to implement it. They said they will control EU migration but now saying it is not possible.

Additional Information

General Corruption took place in the referendum under Section 164 of Representation of the People Act 1983. Bribery is defined at section 113 of the same act.
Section 61 of the voting offences is also took place in the EU referendum 2016. Some people voted knowing that he is legally incapacitated to vote. The European Union Referendum (Conduct) Regulations 2016 ,Section 30 and EU Referendum Act 2015 also applies here. Other offences are covered by 1983 Act to make the referendum void.
