We the undersigned request that Mr Cameron as current Prime Minister of Her Britannic Majesty’s Government, invoke Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union in accordance with Chapter 5 (conclusion) Item 5.4 of The Process from Withdrawing from the European Union document set out by HM Government.

Additional Information

This document states: As the Prime Minister has said, if the vote is to leave the EU, the British people would expect the UK Government to notify the European Council straight away that it wished to leave under the terms of Article 50.
