A referendum to address matters that were not covered in the 23 June vote.
There is an urgent need for a follow-up referendum to address specific matters related to UK exit from the EU. It is clear from the 23 June vote that there is a popular demand for change, and now it is important for people to express their views more precisely about what they expect from the exit...
...settlement and in legislation immediately following exit. It is essential for the government to fully understand these expectations in order to conclude negotiations in a way that is likely to meet with the approval of a majority of voters. The proposed referendum would contain a substantial list of YES/NO/DON’T KNOW questions. Since this gathers information about topics that have been discussed already, there would be no need for a “campaign” and this referendum could commence straight away.

It's not clear what questions you would like to be decided by a referendum of this kind.
