MPs must vote against the repeal of the European Communities Act 1972
The EU referendum result is not binding or having any legal force. “Sovereignty” resides with MPs alone who can make or break laws and peers who can block them. Before Brexit happens, parliament must repeal the 1972 European Communities Act. MPs have a duty to vote to stay if they think it best
