Defer triggering Article 50 and hold new referendum when alternative plan known.
The Leave campaign published no details of an alternative to EU membership before the referendum, so any vote cast was not based on an informed choice. The new proposal should be presented clearly and in detail. ALL British citizens should then vote to either accept this plan or remain in the EU.
