Make an application for EU membership no later than 1 year after leaving the EU
Many people who voted to leave the European Union in the June 2016 referendum have changed their minds and a clear message that EU reform is needed has been sent and, we hope, received.
We wish, in the interests of unity and prosperity, to reclaim the UK's place in the EU.
