Hold a referendum on the impacts from the Uk's Brexit before any further action.
There is no clear and agreed position of what those wishing to leave the EU wish to achieve. Present the implications of the Uk's negotiation strategy and only proceed to any formal steps to leave the EU with the support of 60% of the voting population, ideally including 16-17 year olds.
