Create a negotiating team that represents all sides in the referendum debate.
The country is seriously divided and riven by deep anger on both sides. The financial and business sector are in limbo. The longer this situation persists, the worse things will be for the U.K. and for the European Union. An inclusive negotiating team needs to be set up as soon as possible.
These groups overlap on both sides, but at the least it should include people from Leave and Remain; it should have representatives of the major political parties and from all four nations that make up the U.K. It is vital that it include business leaders with the trade negotiating experience the U.K. government lacks, and representatives from the agricultural and fishing industries. Now, for everyone's sake, we must focus on what needs to be done to ensure the best possible outcome for all.
