Scotland, Northern Ireland, London and Gibraltar, all group together and join EU
Since all of the 4 places previously mentioned have voted overwhelmingly to stay in the EU it would only be democratic if they had the opportunity to leave England and Wales and form their own Group. This Group will be a part of the EU and will all work together, and unite with similar ideas.
