That the noise from car exhausts be resticted and diminshed
The noise levels from car exhausts has increased dramatically in recent years, whereas other areas of pollution have been checked. People have huge exhausts fitted which can be heard from up to a mile away. Noise pollution is just as important as air-borne pollution.
