Irlen syndrome sufferers and scotopic sensitivity to recieve glasses with coloured lenses on the nhs
Children with Irlen syndrome, scotopic sensitivity and dyslexia can have their life, education, concentration greatly improved through the use of glasses with coloured lenses. These are currently only available privately at a cost of £300 per test plus minimum £100 for glasses. The every child matters paper states that children have a right to achieve and without these lenses, education is not as easily accessable to these children.
