The UK Government must submit Article 50 to leave the EU immediately.
The voting is over and the decision is clear. It is therefore unsatisfactory that the British Public must wait at least 3 months for the UK government to submit an Article 50 application to leave the EU. The government wishes to avoid political and financial instabilty. Delay creates instability.
We do not need a new prime minister to submit an Article 50 application. There is no valid reason to delay.
