Ban charity "muggers" AKA "chuggers"

Additional Information

We petition the Government to ban charities from deploying street fundraisers who are a public nuisance, annoy pedestrians by invading their personal space and being irritatingly cheerful, and as a result are known colloquially as charity muggers or "chuggers". We believe charities should use less intrusive methods of fundraising.
