Remove the TV license fee freeze and allow it to increase

Additional Information

There is a lot of talk about the need to save [some program/service] from the BBC.

The problem is, they've been pushed into this position by forced budget cuts, and simply fit to their decreased budget without making cuts.

The BBC is a staple of british life, and in order to keep the fantastic quality of service the BBC have provided for many years now, I petition that the TV license fee should continue to increase by the rate of inflation, at a minimum.
