Make it mandatory for every new housing development to include vital services
At the moment in the UK were are facing a crisis - Public services are under strain. School places are in short supply as are doctors and other vital infrastructure. This IS NOT down to immigrants but the failure of councils and central government to ensure developers build these vital services.
Developers need to take responsibility and build essential services into their sprawling developments to aide the struggling public services instead of grabbing as much profit as possible and ignoring the effect their builds are having on local services.
