Seat belt wearing. Restoration of freedom of choice
I petition H.M.Govt to restore my right to freedom of choice to wear or not to wear a seat belt whilst driving, and to remove from the statutes, the 'cash cow' that is the legal penalty imposed for non-compliance with the current law.
Wearing a seat belt does not make me a safer or better driver.
