Introduce body modification acceptance in all working environments
More young people are having body modifications, these could be piercings, tattoos and surgical procedures but they are still not accepted in all working environments or accepted in face to face job interviews, work performance is more important than appearance.
Companies need to employ people based on work performance and not the performance of appearance.
