Immediately invoke article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty to leave the EU.
EU national leaders have now said there can be no "formal or informal" talks on a British exit before article 50 has been invoked, the UK government should now respect the clearly stated democratic decision of the UK electorate to leave the EU and invoke article 50 immediately.
