Statements, Evidence produced, during family court proceedings, should be subject to Pergury Legislation

Additional Information

When statements or evidence produced either verbally or on paper throughout all stages of family proceedings, either divorce or matters relating to children for example, should be subject to investigation under the purgery rules if it can be proven beyond reasonable doubt. This would cut down stress experience by so many people. Emotions and perceptions expressed during the family proceedings should remain respected and rightfully aired, but when blantant lying with the intention of misleading Court Officers, solicitors, Barristers, Judges, Caffcass, Social workers and Clerks, then there should be a process and included within proceedsings that someone susppected of Purgery should be questioned and the current case suspended until the matter in hand is resolved. It should be noted that consideration should be made when passing this legislation the amount of evidence that is required and how much and by whom.
