Ban NHS staff from wearing 'Do not Disturb' bibs.
The Government should ban all NHS staff from wearing bibs with the words 'Do not Disturb'. The presence of nursing staff on wards is reassuring for patients as being in hospital, for whatever reason, is very stressful. Preventing patients from contacting those entrusted with their care, whenever assistance is needed, will increase stress levels, heighten anxiety and delay recovery.
