Hold an EU Referendum for all 16 and 17 year olds resident in the UK
We, the undersigned, believe that 16 and 17 year olds must be granted the same right to a vote on whether or not the UK should remain in the EU, as they were in the Scottish Independence Referendum 2014.
Their votes must then be counted and combined with the votes cast by the public on 23rd June.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The EU referendum has already taken place. It is therefore no longer possible for the franchise (the groups of people who are entitled to vote) to be changed.
