Referendum to choose between negotiated IN and OUT EU plans
On 23rd June the British Electorate was given a choice between remaining in the EU or something else. We did not know what that alternative was. We should give the people of the UK a proper choice between two concrete negotiated plans for our future either in or out of the EU before leaving.
