Government should revise policy on affordable housing

Additional Information

Petition to encourage Local Authorities to explore the option of leasing building plots to the general public as affordable housing schemes. LAs would retain ownership of land but householders could sell building fabric to trade on. This scheme would allow more people to own their own home while renting the ground they stand on.
