Introduce a radical overhaul of British football’s development of youth talent.
We call on Tracey Crouch MP (minister of Sport) and the government, to implement a German-style ‘Extended Talent Promotion Programme’ within British football. We need a similar radical overhaul of how we coach youth football, how we structure our youth development, and how we nurture young talent.
