Give landlords more power to self evict bad tenants who break their contracts
My husband and I are landlords of one property and have had some terrible tenants who either feel it's ok to not pay rent or flout other parts of the contract. We have just had our rental completely trashed and landlord insurance covers a tiny fraction, and eviction is long expensive & complicated
