Hold a vote in the House of Commons as to whether or not we should leave the EU.
Withdrawing from the EU will, as we have already seen, effect the global economy, political stability, and national and international security. The people of the nation are deeply divided on what action we should take, so the final decision should be made by our qualified elected representatives.
It is irresponsible to put such a decision to referendum. Rather it should be taken by our elected MPs as they are experts in these areas and are fully briefed in all the potential positive and negative ramifications of such a decision.
