Declare Brexit as unconstitutional.
A non-binding referendum with such a small margin is not a constitutionally valid, or democratic, reason for leaving the EU. It does not meet the criteria needed to trigger Article 50 and it would be unconstitutional for any Prime Minister to do so on that basis.
