Change the e petition to sign For or Against
The current e-petition allows supporters to sign it
I propose people should also be allowed to sign to reject it This would then allow a better reflection of people's support.
Some petitions I strongly disagree with and at present have no way of registering this.
The change would enhance our democracy and would stop Government time being wasted by a well supported but equally contested petition thus allowing gunuine issues more time for debate.

There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
