Appoint Harry Redknapp as England Manager & not another YES man
A complete lack of direction, identity and an inability to put a manger in place who will get the best out of English players in a tournament. We have achieved nothing in the last 50 years other than becoming a laughing stock in world football.
Zero trophies in 50 years from FA appointed managers.
