The EU Referendum is advisory and not legally binding.
No Leave voter wished the impoverishment of our country. Vote Leave was based on data now retracted or qualified. It should be Parliament that decides Remain or Leave before activating Article 50. The Leave scare gives greater opportunity for EU reform.
