Make It A Legal Requirement To Scan All Cats For A Microchip
My Portia went missing 9 weeks ago and no one has handed her in. Someone must have taken her, thinking she was a stray. Maybe they don't know she's missing, but this is why I want this law in place. I am heartbroken and so are other owners who are missing their cats.
Many cats are taken in, believed to be strays and are never taken to the vets to see if the animal has an owner first.
