Ask MP's to stop joking and guffawing whilst debating serious issues in H of C.
I have always detested much of the totally unnecessary joking and guffawing that occurs between MP'S during debates in the house of commons. I would like to ask them to take their work more seriously and take us the public more seriously. Please MP'S stop all the unnecessary guffawing.
