All judges and magistrates to be elected by the public

Additional Information

All judges and magistrates should be elected by the public to serve a specified term, after which they would be up for re-election.Their previous term's record should be available to the public to enable them to make an informed decision when casting their vote. This will allow those not seen as handing out sentences the public see as fair to be removed from office.
