Force the banks to cut THEIR spending

Bankers sit in judgement of everyday people and businesses whilst drawing huge salaries and occupying some of London's most expensive real estate.

It's time the banks were forced to review their own cost base, find cheaper working space and to cut the ludicrously high bonuses that continue to be paid to employees in underperforming businesses.
