Make it compulsory that people re-take there driving test at 60 not just have an eye test

Additional Information

I feel that young drivers get slot of hassle for accidents and it's becoming more apparent accidents happen due to older drivers who no longer have the reactions or ability to drive and be save on the road I feel this could be resolved by them having to take a driving test at 60 to assess if they are still safe to be on the public roads
