Government to clarify the future rights of EU citizens already in the UK

Petition Details

3 million EU citizens live and work in the UK. Since the referendum result, no guarantee has been made on their right to stay and to work post Brexit. Government has only confirmed no "immediate" change to their circumstances. This petition is to ask for reassurance of their long-term rights.

Additional Information

3 million figure quoted from ONS Population by Country of Birth and Nationality Report, August 2015, representing data for the year 2014.
