Repeat the EU referendum
In the aftermath of the 'leave' decision, some may now wish they had voted differently. If the will of the people has changed, it is vital to recognise this before taking irreversible steps.
A very large number of signatures on this petition will demonstrate that the nation has changed its mind.
Britain is reeling from the economic and political consequences of the Brexit decision.
Many who voted 'leave' were registering a protest vote. They did not expect to win, and had not fully thought through the consequences of doing so. They may now be reconsidering.
64% of 18-24 year olds, who disproportionately support 'remain', did not vote. They may now wish that they had.
The first vote does not have to be final.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
