Student bus and train fees without the need for a railcard

Additional Information

The government should provide cheaper travel for students in secondary education (i.e sixth form, college, etc.) and higher education over the age of 16. This should be available without the need for the purchase of a student railcard, and the rates for bus and train fares should be halfway between the price of an adult fare and a child fare.
