Improvement in quality of parlamentary candidates

Additional Information

No one should be allowed to stand for parliament unless they have had a job outside of politics for at least 15 years . Unemployment would count as employment for these purposes. Working for a political party as a political advisor or as a lobbyist would not count as employment.
