Petition Action

Strengthen the Law of Trespass and Remove Human Right Protection

Additional Information

Strengthen the law to support law abiding people or communities that find their land invaded by unwanted and un-authorised people/groups. Such that via a simple call to the police they can be removed and any property on the trespassed land can be destroyed or sold to compensate the aggrieved party, without recourse to the courts.

Any legal action taken by the trespassers should not be funded from state funds (Legal Aid)
