Nullify EU referendum result if Vote Leave is proven misleading during campaign
The Vote Leave campaign made misleading & potentially dishonest claims in the run up to recent EU referendum. If the Vote Leave campaign is proven to have been dishonest or deliberately misleading then UK voters were not given the opportunity to form their opinion in a fair and honest enviroment
Vote Leave claim: The EU costs us £350 million a week
Vote Leave claim: If the UK leaves the EU, the £350m we no longer send to the EU could be spent on the NHS.
Vote Leave claim: The EU has taken over more and more areas which don’t have anything to do with trade – such as our borders, our public services, and whether prisoners have the right to vote.
