There should be no summer recess until Brexit is resolved
The brexit needs resolving quickly, but diligently. Forgo the summer recess to speed the process, and allow deliberation time. Forgoing the recess reduces the time of uncertainty. This will calm financial markets. It will also sooth the rest of Europe, which doesn't appreciate our current delay.
