Education Vouchers
Every child of school age would receive a voucher each year for their education, redeemable at any school. Their parents could choose to contribute their own money in addition to the voucher, if the fees at their chosen school were higher than the value of the voucher.

If you could confirm if you are referring to the independent sector. Ideas of what criteria the vouchers could be awarded for, for example attendance, attainment, monetary value etc so the action you require the Government to take can be clearly established
