Scotland and England Referendum - Now
Referendum on the Union
Reduce English subsidy to Scotland
Restrict Scottish MPs to Scottish matters
Parliament to initiate a referendum around the possibility of Scotland leaving the United Kingdom. Said referendum to be voted upon by people in England, Wales and Scotland.
Irrespective of Parliament's decision on this, HM Treasury to urgently review the financial settlement that Scotland receives with a view to a more equitable solution which will inevitably see a reduction in the subsidy Scotland currently receives.
While awaiting the outcome of the referendum, MPs from Scottish constituencies to not vote on matters pertaining to England and/or Wales.
