Lower the voting age to 16
I'm a 15 year old girl who is studying 11 GCSEs and I strongly believe that I have the mental capacity and ability to vote well. I believe that the government is denying young people a right by dictating the lives of intelligent youths and not allowing them to vote in any government decisions.
The lack of recognition towards youth, wishing to have a say in their futures, is disgusting and utterly unreasonable. Young people are apathetic and disaffected to politics as the government has not even considered the youth of Great Britain to be worthy of a vote.
