Allow England football fans to vote for who the National Team manager should be.
The England manager's job has been compared in importance to that of the Prime Minister. Yet it is selected by an FA committee and not by the people. It is the fans who suffer the heartache year in year out and we feel it is time we get to choose who leads our National Team.
We propose to use an online voting system to select a manager from a shortlist of those who are eligible for the role.
