Epsom and Ewell has 52% remain, so call on Chris Grayling to stand down.

Petition Details

The people of the constituency of Epsom and Ewell (and surrounds) feel that the Brexit campaigner, Rt Hon Chris Grayling MP, does not represent the view of his constituency (remain 52.1%) and call on him to stand down.

There is a solid wall of "Remain" amongst voters from Central London through to Brighton which includes most of Surrey (Mr Grayling's county).

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

The UK Government and Parliament are not responsible for removing MPs from office because of their views or opinions. Any decision on whether to stand down would be a personal matter for Mr Grayling.
