Establish law to stop misinformation and false promises in referendums.
The EU referendum was fought using misinformation, false promises, and racist reporting. I feel that Parliament should set forth legally binding rules for proper conduct in future referendums. Parliament should also look into the conduct of the media in its scapegoating of immigrants.
